Where do you ship?
At the moment, we ship across Canada and the United States. Also, we do ship internationally at this time.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $59.99, after discounts and before taxes.
Standard shipping (orders less than $59.99): flat fee of $10
Can I modify/cancel an order?
As our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or modify your order upon request. If your order has not been shipped, please reach out to us at support@femward.com with your order number.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when you place your order as we cannot redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking number. Click the link in your email to track the progress of your shipment. Please note that tracking links may need 24-48 hours to generate.
You can also find your tracking information by logging into your Femward account and navigating to your “Order History”.

Where is my order?
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. We will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Your tracking number will allow you to track the progress of your order at every step.
I received the wrong item/an item is damaged, what should I do?
If you need assistance with order issues such as damaged, defective, or wrong items, please contact us, and we’ll take care of it for you!
Returns
What is your return policy?
We are happy to offer 30-day returns from the purchase date of your order. All items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags still attached. Final Sale items cannot be returned.

How can I start a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us or e-mail us at support@femward.com with your order number and reason for return.
What does Final Sale mean?
Sale items marked at 50% off or greater, and gift cards are Final Sale. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or price adjustments.
Can I return my online purchases at a retail location?
Purchases made online on femward.com can only be returned online.
Femward merchandise purchased at independent boutiques or third party retailers must be returned to the location where it was purchased. We do not accept returns for items purchased at retail stores.
